We are excited to announce that we are interviewing school social workers for our elementary school in Plymouth, MI. We are seeking someone for the upcoming school year who is passionate about uplifting the lives of our special education students. Please see the details below:
What You Need:
- A master's degree from a graduate school of social work program
- Active Michigan Social Work Licensure/Certification
- Must have a 310 Letter
- Prior school-based experience is preferred but not required
Details about the position:
- Hours: Part Time - 15 hours/week
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: June 2025
- Caseload: K-8 - At risk students
- Duties:
- Provide assessments, direct services, and support to students' social-emotional needs. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement interventions and strategies to support students' well-being and academic success.
